CLASS INFORMATION

Classes are winding down for the summer and will start up again in the fall.

I have a one day seminar that I am teaching for the Pikes Peak Chapter on August 26th.

I will open my studio to those who would like to come and paint memory boxes on the following dates throughout the summer: June 18th, July 16th, and August 20th. You will have to bring your own boxes and painting supplies, and pattern, if you have one. I have some paints and patterns to share, but can't support the whole thing. This is just a get together to get these boxes done. We need at least 100 of them this year alone to fulfill our commitment to Penrose Hospital. We will start at 11:00 AM and paint until you want to quit. Bring a sack lunch and something to drink. Call a day or two before to let me know that you are coming, so I can make room!

My studio was a dark and dingy room until my son and daughter took over. they ripped up the old carpeting, laid the nice new tile and painted everything to within an inch of it's life. We put up daylight bulbs and now I live down there! I love it. It is very organized and a great place to work.

My daughter's name is Sandi. She's a computer person who takes time out a couple of times a month to help Mom out. Of course, she gets painting classes in return for all her hard work. She is quite a decorative artist. My son's name is Stefan, he's our youngest and definitely another talent. He has his own business and squeaks me in whenever he can! He owns his own remodeling and landscaping business in Denver. Wish I had taken pictures of the studio before he and Sandi began. It was really bad - just another basement area that should have been condemned on a good day. In a bad day, it was uninhabitable!
